‘The second we walked out onto the ceremony floor we knew that we’d found our wedding venue. We both genuinely felt emotional. The room is stunning, from the old stone floor, to the light shining through all the windows and the sound of the river outside. Not only did we know this would be our venue from our first visit, we also knew that we wanted Hannah to be our coordinator.
We booked The Mill Cottage for the night before the wedding and both The Mill Cottage and The Mill House the night of the wedding. Both sets of accommodation are beautiful and clean with everything you could possibly need. The bride, bridesmaids and a few other guests moved from one set of accommodation to the other and this was done seamlessly. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the night before with family, walk to the venue and then stay again with a big breakfast to round the wedding off perfectly!
Finally, having four floors means the day flows effortlessly and each floor is perfect for its purpose. No corkage – well I don’t think I need to say anything about this – an absolute bonus!’
