Frequently Asked Questions

Your Planning Meeting is where we go over all your details for your special day to ensure you have a stress-free day. You will be invited to this 3 months before your big day and it will last 1.5 hrs.

The Bridal Dressing Room is available to the Bridal Party from 11AM. This is situated on our top floor (Ceremony floor).

Meanwhile the Groomsmen can arrive an hour before the ceremony and can relax downstairs in our Gallery space to meet and greet guests. Or if the Mill House has been booked, all guests can check in from 12.30PM. This means the Groomsmen can head there to relax, get ready and have any pre wedding photos taken before heading to The West Mill for the ceremony.

We recommend advising your guests to arrive 30 minutes before your ceremony time to allow time to have a drink or take their seats.

Your stylist, florist, wedding cake and any suppliers you’ve booked for your wedding day may arrive from 10.30AM.

We request that you drop off all, non-perishable, items at 9.00AM the day before your wedding. We request you ensure your non-corkage drinks are delivered to us the day before your wedding, to ensure we can chill these drinks overnight.

Any perishable items such as fresh flowers or your wedding cake are to be dropped off on the wedding day. We do not take responsibility for your wedding dress or suit.

We advise that your guests arrive 30 minutes ahead of your ceremony, and as our bar is located on the first floor of The West Mill we don’t recommend having the bar open before the ceremony, however, if you did wish to have the bar floor open there would be a charge of £75.00 to do so.

Pre-ceremony and drinks reception £125.00.

If you then wished to have the bar open during your drinks reception and wedding breakfast, there would be an additional £150.00.
