Viewings are back in full swing and it feels so good to have you back at the venue. After being given the green light The West Mill has come alive and viewings and weddings are back on.
If you’re recently engaged (congratulations!) or have been patiently waiting to view then please read on to find out how to book, what to expect and find out when our exclusive viewings days are.
One on One Viewings
Firstly, we’re really proud to say our viewings are all one on one. We feel this is the best way to make sure you can fully explore all that the venue has to offer. With a dedicated event manager guiding you round, we can personally answer your questions and build a relationship from the first viewing. We allocate one hour for each viewing which gives us plenty of time and currently we’re allowing up to a total of six people per viewing.
What to Expect
A member of our team will greet you on the ground floor and we’ll head outside and show you the grounds and ground floor space. We’ll then head up in the lift to explore the other three floors of space exclusively available to you on your wedding day.
We’ll talk you through how we move your guests seamlessly around the venue, introduce you to the West Mill Kitchen menus and be on hand to offer advice about our No Corkage Policy and other FAQs.
We’ll end the tour on the bar floor where we can sit down have a chat about dates, pricing and any other questions that you have over a brew.
Of course, we hope you fall in love with the venue on the spot and would like to reserve a date. We also know that booking your wedding venue is an important decision and so there’s absolutely no obligation to book right there and then.
The events team will explain the booking process in detail with you and should you wish to book a second viewing for a second opinion, we can arrange that too.
How to Book a Viewing
The easiest way to book a viewing is to download our brochure and a member of the team will get in touch with you to arrange a date that works for you.

We have a ramp that leads up to the front door of the venue. All the floors are accessible by using the lift and we have a disabled toilet situated on the first floor. For any other Accessibility questions, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll happily assist.
For our international couples we can offer a virtual viewing on request. Simply drop us an email and we’ll be glad to help.
Once your wedding planning is underway we know it’s quite handy to pop back to the venue at some point. Perhaps you want to show your friends or family round or meet your suppliers, just drop us an email and we’ll be able to let you know what availability we have for you.
We’re really excited to be holding our first exclusive viewing day of the year this November. This will be the perfect opportunity to see the venue and be inspired by a hand-picked team of suppliers and indulge in some light refreshments too.
